Program Description
JCabrera Associates uses text messaging to communicate with patients for purposes such as appointment reminders, billing notifications, and care coordination.

Message frequency may vary.

Message and data rates may apply.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS/RCS Security Disclaimer
Text messages sent via SMS channels are not fully secure and may not be HIPAA-compliant. Protected health information will be sent through a separate secure channel.

Opt-out (STOP) Instructions
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. You will receive a final confirmation message, after which no further texts will be sent. You may rejoin at any time by replying START.
